Rockefeller-Voinovich Introduce the Carbon Capture and Storage Deployment Act of 2010

Senator Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) and Senator George Voinovich (R-OH) today introduced the Carbon Capture and Storage Deployment Act of 2010. This legislation embodies the CURC 5-point Coal w/CCS Program.
